Service Updates as of January 2021.

Happy New Year to all our customer new and old and thank you for shopping with us. All items ordered are made to order and we appreciate your patience. 

We are operating as usual but with some delays and restrictions with our made to order in the UK products and service. Delays are inevitable during a global pandemic, and it is no different here. Thank you.

Please note that Royal Mail and courier services in both UK and ROW are also experiencing delays due to the Covid virus restrictions and have also increased their prices, which we have delayed passing on until Feb 2021.

Printed products - such as t-shirts, mugs, hoodies will take approx 7 working days, sometimes less. If it goes beyond this timeframe we are awaiting new stock.

Embroidered Garments - Take up to 10 working days or less with the same restrictions in the workplace and supply chain delivery causing the delays.

Cast Bronze Presentations and Pewter and Bronze Sculptures can take approx 7-10 working days. Please be aware they are all made to order, and again stock and delivery of parts and products to us can be delayed in the current climate. Again, these are made to order by our workshop sculptures.

Jewelry and watches - approx 7 -10 working days.

COVID-19 Update

We are still 'Open' Thanks for your business to date.

In these uncertain times we would like to reassure all our worldwide customers that we are all continuing to work, however there are a few differences to a normal working day to ensure the safety of our staff and the community.

  • We are working remotely where we can in isolation as advised by the government.
  • Our phone lines will be off during this time, please email and we will respond as quick as we can.

  • Printed Garments & Accessories – 5-7 days
  • Embroidered Clothing – 7-10 (Or Sooner)
  • Cold Cast Bronze Sculptures – 10-20 Working Days or sooner
  • Pewter Presentations – 5-10 Working Days or sooner
  • Watches & other gifts – 5-10 Days or sooner

In addition, the various courier and mail services we utilise such as Royal Mail, DPD etc have recently increased their pricing during a challenging time. Most notably for international parcels. Delivery times to international destinations are out of our control, and vary from country to country.

We are closely monitoring developments regarding COVID-19 and are following the correct steps to ensure the wellbeing of employees and the public. We are following guidance from the NHS and UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office, amongst others.
